Mojodomo, a customer and employee rewards provider, has published a report on the role of ESG for employees in Asia. The report (which can be downloaded here) shares the findings of a survey they conducted of over 1,000 employees, 315 HR professionals and 30 HR executives. Among its findings is that:
- 91% of employees believe companies exist to bring value to all stakeholders, not just shareholders alone; and
- 98% of respondents to their survey expect the company they work for to make a positive impact in the world.
The report identifies HR’s challenges with ESG-led programs and sets out some tips for ESG programming this year.
