She represents businesses in the traditional and renewable energy sectors, along with companies across the manufacturing, infrastructure, and industrial development industries that encounter environmental and natural resource challenges, such as regulatory compliance, environmental liability, litigation, enforcement actions, permitting, and environmental due diligence. Her work includes counseling industrial and manufacturing clients on environmental matters in both federal and state courts and representing them before government agencies, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
